Guidelines for applicants:

  • Application should include a clear, concise and realistic research plan for the visit.

  • Establishing a new collaboration between distinguished research groups is valued.

  • Ethical aspects of the research should be comprehensively explained in the application form.

  • Benefits of the visit to Finland should be clearly argued in the application.

  • Scholarship is intended for supporting travel and accommodation expenses, not for applicant’s salary.

Nokia Foundation Board will make grant decisions twice a year. Deadlines for the applications are:
